Its Home Comfort blog has become central to the company’s online strategy. PK Wadsworth focuses on solving problems that its customers have with their heating and air-conditioning, attracting customers and prospects through search engines and social media tools such as Twitter and Facebook. PK Wadsworth has been blogging two times per week for three years now, and has steadily grown a larger audience over that time (see Figure 16.2).
